Write name or some of it letters in a cell of excel and it comes automatically there

what i want is

i have several names/persons in my office

for them i use to make entry

so what i want is i have created a pick list-but while choosing from pick list of 250 employees its a bit of waste of time

what i want like when i want to search/pick nitin from pick list

i just write niti...and similar names with that speeeling should come as an option to choose from them

like

nitin
nitis
nitiv

in alphabetical order similar words should come to choose from

plz help me in this regards

i will be greatful as it a tedious job for my eyes to choose from pick list every time

Firstly let me know are you using a drop down list for 250 employees..

Please attach a sample file with expected result

No i am not using a drop down list on 250 employees actually diff empolyees of diff category are eligible for diff perks and all

so diff pick list


for secrecy reasons i cant attache my original sheet so attaching a dummy sheet

so what exactly i want i want items in drop down list as per my text or letters in a purticular cell
