Excel 2007 : mutiple horizontal axises with a single vertical axis in a graph

i had attached a graph drawn on paper by hand can that be possible in excel

why not just use 3 separate graphs, with the Y axis labels deleted for the 2nd two?

You will need to fake those x axis and revalue the data points in order to use a single chart.

you could try something like this. For the vertical lines, either include a dummy series as a column chart (as i've done here) or just draw then by hand
