Calculating a Moving Average - PivotTable

    Hi,

I'm currently building a pivot table consisting of weekly sales figures and would like to add a calculated field to generate the average sales from the last 4 weeks.

I can do this outside of the pivot, using the average formula but ideally need it as a Pivot Table field.

    Is this possible?

I searched for a solution before creating this thread btw.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Have you explored the "Calculated Field" possibilities ... ? although a moving average will require all the data to be worked out ...
