    Troubleshooting with VLOOKUP *Should be Easy*

    All

    lately my vlookup is driving me bonkers...

    can anyone tell me whats wrong? The formula appears to be right

    I put the first name in and the last name should be auto filled.

    However lines 2-4 get me NA everytime

    thoughts?
