Filter via drop down box

Hey all,
Doing a small project at work, which invovles allowing the user to select different variables in order to display data between two sets of dates. I've created a rough copy using drop down boxes and have attached a copy. I'm wondering if its possible to create another drop down box which can be used to sort the data into weekly or monthly data.
Ie. week1,week2,week3 data etc or jan,feb,march data etc.

Any changes or improvements in what i've done so far would be great
