    Display Intersecting Cell

Was hoping someone could help me figure out how to display an existing value from a cell. What I have is a cost of a tool based on Diameter and Length. I was hoping to enter the Diameter and Length which will then output the "intersection cell value" (D11) which should be 6.75.
I have tried some if/and statements and no luck. Any input and or help would be appreciated. Thank You.

    Welcome to the forum.

Change the data in row 2 to to be ordinary numbers (as in B23), and see http://j-walk.com/ss/excel/usertips/tip020.htm

    Re: Display Intersecting Cell

    shg:
Thank you for the help. However I am not looking up a direct match in the "Diameter" column (Column A)...this is a range. Is there a way to include a range in the the formula so that for example when when I input .550 it will take the coresponding cell (A10) which is .501-.630?
Something like .501<=A23<=.630...not sure how to do this part.
    Thanks
