    Pivot Tables with new entries

Is there any way to make use of the attached spreadsheet and be able to have the report count if there is multiple methods of contact and dates with only one contact person? For example, say I contacted John Doe on March 2 by email, I then contacted him again on June 5 by phone. Can a report count these separate occurrences without creating a new entry every time?

    Hi bradvh0023,

I do believe you will need to have a separate row to document each contact. See the Report Sheet for how I imagine you will count the number and types of contacts. See attached.

Thanks, that gets me off on the right track. Is there any way you can think of that makes this entire form more user friendly? I don't have any experience using User Forms but could this be done? Thanks!
