how can I get rows to stand out depending on choice selected???

What other options do I have to somehow indicate that anything that has a “YES” in column “F” to stand out?

My conditional formatting does not work in Excel 2007 like it did in 2003. Is it an option to maybe not show that row if “YES” is selected or what else can you guys think of??? I’m at a lost and this is driving me crazy since it works in my 2003 version but not on this one.
