Formula for between 1 and 61

    Hi there,

Sorry for such a simple problem. I am learning from a great book but not come to this part yet :-)

I have the following formula which you will notice has some question marks showing the part I need. In k4:k3000 I am looking for it to count the number of cells that have a value between 1 and 61. Could someone point me in the right direction please,

    =SUMPRODUCT(('DRIVER DATABASE & CPC RECORDS'!E4:E3000=B4)*('DRIVER DATABASE & CPC RECORDS'!K4:K3000????))
