Compare cells and return "Yes"

I have two columns that return a value of "yes" or "no". I want to look at both columns and if they are both "yes" return a "yes". If either one id "no" return a "no".

It would be IF C3=yes and E3= yes return yes to H3. IF C3 or E3= no return no to H3.
