Excel outlines/group help?

Hi all,

Is it possible to auto-close an outline/group if a cell has an x, or is not empty?

e.g.
\1

If H3 had an x in it, then the group of rows 4,5,6,7 would close?
If H8 had an x in it, then the group of rows 8,9,10,11 would close?

Any help appreciated. Been struggling with this for hours
