sort data into different coloums

In the attached example, coloums A+B are inputs from data lists, what i want to do is then sort out the data from coloum A+B into coloums D,E,F,G so it puts the relavent scores under the correct person but missing out any blank cells

one way with a helper column which can be hidden or placed on another sheet
