    Conditional Formatting with Dates

Can someone help me figure out how I can create a conditional format from two different dates?

    EX:

    Start Date 11/10/14
Goal Date - Yellow if within 7 days of Start Date // Red if past due (8+ days)
Actual Date - Red if Goal Date not met by the Start Date deadline of 7 days

    Re: Conditional Formatting with Dates

I am looking at the Cond Format Example from above and I don't see any formulas? I think I am looking for the same thing as Den789. I am trying to create a certification tracker.
    -Certification expires after 1 year
    Example
Class taken on 1/1/14 expires on 1/1/15.
I would like the class date to be highlighted GREEN until 90 days from expiration at which point it would turn YELLOW and at 30 days before expiration it would turn RED.
    I appreciate the help.
