In cell K8 is the word "Test". I need a formula that can scan all of the List Names starting in cell C37 and return all of the Symbols from column D with the list name "Test" to cell J10:J29. Can someone please help me with this?

Try:
confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER and copied down.

Another way, involving a helper column (col A):
Had to add some "helper" data in column P. Modify the ranges in the formulas to match the number of rows of actual data you will have in rows 37:43.
On preview I see that NBVC has a more streamlined solution with one formula, and Cutter's solution including helper data is simpler than mine. I will leave mine here anyway if only for illustrative purposes.
