Lookup problem

Hi, I have a bit of a problem with a lookup. I'm not quite sure how to use Index & Match in this situation. I enclose an example of the type of data I'm looking at. In this example I want to look up the Sales value for the Title that is in Position 1 (ie. 5000).
Is there a way of doing this?

Maybe something like this:

=SUMIF($B$2:$B$30,"War & Peace",$E$4:$E$32)+SUMIF($B$2:$B$30,"War & Peace",$E$5:$E$33)

where "War & Peace" you can change with reference cell (i.e. G1)
