    A2 Koki
    A3 RU
    A4 JF Balmore
    A5 Big Pun
    A6 Juan Pablo
    A7 Herminio

    Sheet2
    A1 Geovanny
    A2 Fernando R.
    A3 Koki
    A4 Saravia
    A5 JF Edwin
    A6 Rolando
    A7 William

    Sheet3
    A1 Koki
    A2 Saravia
    A3 JF Edwin
    A4 JF Balmore
    A5 Santos
    A6 Eduardo
    A7 Uriel
I am trying to keep an attendance record of how many days our drivers work. Since the names will always change slot i was wondering if there was a way to have on the 4th how many days they have worked without having to manually put in the numbers. Like if Uriel worked one day the next row it would have 1 next to Uriel, but if i were to go go to sheet 1 and put his name there then on sheet 4 it would pop up Uriel 2

    Sheet4
    A2 Rolando
    A3 Koki
    A4 RU
    A5 JF Balmore
    A6 JF Edwin
    A7 Big Pun
    A8 Juan Pablo
    A9 Herminio
    A10 Geovanny
    A11 Fernando R.
    A12 Saravia
    A13 William
    A14 Santos
    A15 Eduard
    A16 Uriel

    Re: Attendance Tracker

How many sheets will you have..one for each day of the week?

Will you just have 3 sheets with the fourth being a template?

next to each name on the summary sheet you could have a formula like

where A1 was the person's name... does that make sense?

    Re: Attendance Tracker

Did you place single quotes, like this:

    'FEB. 1-11'!

    Hi Jrios,
If you were to put your day sheets information all on the same sheet, you could do a lot more with the data.
See the attached example with 3 different pivot tables that are non-formula answers to your attendence problem.
Hope this gives you some other ideas on how to do attendence.
