How to stop cell in row with two lines of names from defaulting to single line?

    Hi, all,
I have a list of names in the first column followed by columns of additional data. In some cames there are two names connected to one row of data. When I click on that cell, both names appear. When I print it out, only a portion of one prints. How can I get both names to remain visible in the cell and priint?
    Thank you!
    Jo

Try formatting the cell and turning on Wrap Text. Might be worth autofitting the row or column.

To manually force text to a new line in cell, press the Alt + Enter keys in combination.
Excel should automatically adjust the cell height, but if not, double-click the border between the row headers (not cell borders).
