Excel 2007 : Run-time error -2147418113 (8000ffff)

When I run excel with document or a blank sheet, following error appears.
Run-time error '-2147418113 (8000ffff)':
Could not set the CurLine property. Unexpected call to Method or property access.

What can be wrong?

You likely have an add-in or code in your personal.xls file that is generating the error. Try disabling all Excel add-ins one at a time and see if the error goes away. If that doesn't work, check your personal macro file (personal.xls or personal.xlsb, I believe) and remove any code that is set to run at startup.
