Compare and Populate Approximate Text String

Hi,

I have the following in outlet name in sheet 1:


Sheet 1
CBT Mall Concept Houston
CBT Mall Concept Dallas
CBT Concept Train San Diego
CBT Concept Hypermarket Detroit

I need this list to be compared to another list in sheet 2 as follows:

Sheet 2
Concept Mall Dallas
Concept CBT Hypermarket Detroit
CBT Concept Station Train San Diego
Concept Mall Houston

I need a formula to compare both outlet names and populate the approximate match in sheet 1 as attached. Both names are not an exact match.

Is this possible ? Appreciate all the help.
