Highlighting Differences between 2 Columns

Hi all,

I have 2 columns that are almost the same, save for a few cells here and there, is there a way to have these cells highlighted somehow, so I dont have to manually find out which cells are the same and which are different?

Please Help!

Select first column and go to Home|Conditional Formatting, Manage Rules, click New Rule

Select Format only cells that contain and choose Not Equal To from the middle drop down. then enter =B1 where B1 is first cell to compare to..

Click Format and choose colour from Fill tab

Click Ok.

Click Ok to close,

Select the other column and repeat comparing to the first column...
