Dropdown used to fill in remainder of form Help

I have a drop down in cell "B3" that is an engine type.
When the type is selected I need to fill in the specific requirements for that type (See the filled entry on the righthand page).

I need to be able to complete that for all the types listed in the drop down.

I would also like to be able to on 2 of the engine types to be able to reference the "Repair" "B9" or "Overhaul" "B10" blocks as there are different parameters depending on the type.
