    If and vlook up formula

Ok I have a spread sheet where I enter a p/n and quantity and the rest of the info populates on tab 1. It draws from tab 2. The problem I am having is on tab two the item could be priced running two different operations. The cels k5:y5 would be digital and z5:ad5 would be flexo. On tab one if say 200,000 is entered it pulls the right pricing but d7and f7 are incorrect and reflect digital info. Is there a way to make adjustment to show the correct info based on the cell color on tab 2? The digital/flexo switch over quantity changes from size to size so isnt the same.

Other option I was thinking was having one row with digital info/price and directly below a row with flexo info/price but than I am creating a huge spread sheet. Any advice is appreciated

Using Excel 2003 I don't believe it would be possible to use a formula based on cell colour (although this could probably be achieved with a macro).

Alternatively, you could insert a new column with the flexo changeover quantities for each product, which you could then use with amended formulae in cols D & F on the Pricing tab - see attached.

Just realised I didn't adjust formulas in cols G & H of the pricing tab - you would just need to change the 9 and 11 to 10 and 12 respectively.

yeah those numbers were off because I added a column on the 2nd tab. Now will these changes adjust if say it were a different size and the cross over were say at 100,000?
