Cell Referencing Using Min

Hi,

Is there any way I can use the Min function within the data on the right, to reference the minimum score for each team per hole from the data on the left. I have done one example contained in cells R3:Z3 but would prefer a better method to which will allow me to drag the formula down through the rows once created. My current method would mean manually changing the references for the rows proceeding which will be time consuming. I tried to use the Indirect function with a value located in a cell on the same row but couldn't figure out how to combine this with the Min function.

I hope that makes sense once you have looked at the spreadsheet.
