count if- 3 criteria? and how to average this?

how do i make a formula for 3 criteria
for example, count the instances where
    A:A to be equal "1"
    B:B to equal "2"
    C:C to equal "3"

furthermore, is it possible to conduct an average of, say C column values for the above criteria are all met?

Surely the average would be 3 if all criteria are met?

This doesn't quite make sense - the average would be 3. But, say it's column D, you would use the AVERAGEIFS() function.
    Hope that helps,
