    Time Card - Carrying Overtime

    I'm designing a time card,and at my wits end,and I need a little help.and only need one more formula.I'll use A as representing the first 2 wks,B as the 2nd 2wks and so on.Just as a reference.
What I need is a formula, that can calculated time over 80 hrs for a 2 wk period an able to carry it over to the next pay period. In one column I have my hrs worked.I need to keep track of my ot hrs, while at same time keeping my worked hrs at 80,if the worked hrs fall below 80 ,I would like to take it from the ot hrs and = to 80,and to be able to subtract the amount from the ot hrs and keep a running amount.

Example:I'll used A for the 2 wks and B for the next 2 wks.and so on
    If i work 10hrs everyday in a A week period=140hrs
that gives me 60 hrs ot and 80 hrs reg.
Then the B week period I only work 50 hrs. That would make me short 30 hrs.
With the extra 60 hrs from the A weeks before it would carry the ot hrs to the next B wks.
In the B wks, since I'm short 30 hrs I would like to,take from the ot hrs and add them to B wks to = 80 hrs.

Then the ot hrs will reduce to 30 hrs and that amount would carry over to C Wks and so on.
