Creating links across worksheets based on text colour

    Hi,

I've had a look through some previous topics, but can't seem to find an exact answer to how to manage the following:

I am managing income data in one sheet to show 'paid' (black text) and 'unpaid' (red).

What I would like to be able to do is link all data in red to another sheet, to manage all 'unpaid'. Thus, when the text is changed in sheet 1 to black, it would then be removed from sheet 2.

Would this be possible, and if so would an IF statement be the best way to create a table in sheet 2?

    Thanks
