Duty Schedule i'm building, looking for advice

I need help trying to create a duty schedule for a large roster of people. I need to be able to put in non availablity days for each person (I contact them and they let me know if there are any days during that month that they cannot stand duty.) Also it would be nice to have a point scale involved, for example: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday would be worth 2 points. Monday - Thursday worth 1 point. and Holidays worth 3 points. (This would be for tracking if personnel have had more duties that were "non work days." Please help, i've been trying to play around with it and i'm really not sure what i'm doing. Thank you

Here is my attempt with fake names A-Z. Calculations made for Current Month, Previous Month, and Year Total. Along with Drop down list for the days of the month. But i am looking for something that will let me put in monthly non-availablity days for each individual.
