Dynamic Charting

I've had tremendous help from this forum with the attached spreadsheet. Now, I need help to automatically update the charts when the date (month & year) is updated.

The month and date are entered via drop-down at top right of spreadsheet. I'd like for the 3 bar charts to reflect the data for the date and month selected. Currently, the data selection is manual from the tables below. For the "2005" and "2015 Goal" series, that's fine because they will always be displayed on the charts for reference. The problem is that I want the "2012" or whatever other year I select, to be automatically charted.

I'm not sure it's possible to change where the chart looks, so instead you need to change the information in the range the chart is looking.

I've added an extra column in each of the data tables at the bottom which pulls the information from the correct column in the table dynamically when the date is updated. This column is then used instead of the current '2012' series.
