Count possible combinations

I have a Sheet that contains about 15 unique codes in their own columns and in each column is an X to deliminate when the code was used in a bill. I need to count how many different combinations of codes there are.

Data looks like this:

1 2 3 4 5 6
X X
X X
X
X X X

This repeats for several hundred rows. Any easy way to do this counting?
