Adding additional criterial to statement

I would like to add additional criteria to the following formula in C11 on the daily report worksheet to search the range S4:S52 on the Live Trades worksheet with C1 on the Daily Report worksheet,

{=IFERROR(INDEX('Live Trades'!$B$4:$B$53,SMALL(IF('Live Trades'!$Q$4:$Q$53=$C$8,ROW('Live Trades'!$Q$4:$Q$53)-ROW('Live Trades'!$Q$4)+1),ROWS($A$1:$A1))),"")}


I tried to change the formula by adding IF(AND) to the formula but have had no luck
