    Select row and save it

Hi, please look at my attachment. I want the result:
To each ID, if the value P is<0.05 and value OR go to the same direction, then keep this row, otherwise skip the row. I want to save it to a new file.
The definition of "go to the same direction" is all value >1 at the same time or <1 at the same time.
Mix direction rows will be discarded.

    Thanks for code or formula.

Re: Select row and save it

    Your explanation is confusing.
You want to keep the row, skip the row or save the row. What is supposed to be happening?

Re: Select row and save it

Suppose the original file has 1000 rows. If only 200 row satisfies the condition, then keep and save these to a new file. In another word, skip the 800 row which don't satisify the condition.

I used C# to do it but want to know whether there is a way by a formula or VBA?
