    Curent date in a chart?

    Hi,

I have a chart and I want to include current date in that chart. Is it possible? Now I manually change the title every time but it had been nice if I could do something like =today() in the chart aswell.

    Any tip?

    /Bengt

    Hello,

put the =today() formula into a cell in your worksheet. Click the chart title. Now click into the formula bar, enter a = sign and click the cell with the =today() formula.

You cannot put a formula directly into the Title, but you can put a reference to a cell into the title. The referenced cell can contain a formula like

="This chart shows data for "&Text(today(),"dd mmmm yyyy")

    or something like that.

    cheers,
