One spinner that controls whichever cell I select in a range

I have a worksheet with multiple numeric values which are changed very
frequently. I would like to be able to just make one spinner to control
'selected cell' or 'highlighted cell' in a specific range. Is this possible? I understand I can
link the spinner to (example) A2 but is there a code that means 'selected
cell' where I could just click on cell A3 or A4 in my range and use the spinner to change
just A3 and just A4?

This is what I have, but it does nothing.
