    Exclamation Formula to match person using multiple criteria

    Hi

    In attachment you'll find a workbook. The first sheet shows you the layout of the workbook we use. The second sheet shows you the data we can find in a different workbook.
    Can you advise me the formula I should put in column B which will then provide me with the correct Analyst?
    If tried this using a normal VLOOKUP function but as soon as he finds the supplier name he takes the Analyst he finds first...
