    Adding extra columns?

Hi folks, I feel like a real thicko asking this but I just can't figure it out. I'm using Excel 2003 and am making up a very simple spreadsheet as a holiday calendar. I wanted to have the dates accross the top and the personnel names down the side. Each colum represents 1 day. My problem is that I run out of columns. I can only get as far as column IV which brings us to the middle of August sometime. I can of course run the dates down the side and have the personnel names accross the top but no-one likes it that way round. Is there anyway I can add more columns or is column IV the limit?

    Thanks for reading.

That's the limit for Excel 2003 and below.

Excel 2007 and above has a lot more. (16,384 vs 256)
