    Count until

Not sure where to post this but....
I have a worksheet that contains x rows of golfers
Each golfer can have played in x number of events (out of 21)
To maintain a quota/handicap I want to use the most recent 5 scores (if that many are available).
Column A contains the current quota
Columns E-Y contains the possible events they have/could play.

I currently 'manually' calculate a new quota by highlighting the most recent scores Y-E until the Count reaches 5 or I reach Column E, then I enter the Average in Column A.

I would hope there is an easy way to automate this with a formula in Column A.

I have attached a sample workbook.

    Thanks
