Hello All!

I have one spreadsheet that a couple of people access and it is running very slow because these people are on different side of the world. I was wondering if I could make a copy of this spreadsheet and the people work from it locally but every ten minutes or so they automatically update each others spreadsheet with new and changed information in them.

Any ideas would be great!
