ID Badge Form with Preview (?)

Application is a simple Identification Badge application.

Name field, Dept field, and field with full path to Picture.
Also have a print format for the the three fields.

My "desire" is to have a view of the printed report, on the same form as the data entry form.
Don't mind doing a "REFRESH" of some sort as fields are updated on the data entry partion of the form.

Is it possible to insert a report as a subform of the main data entry form ? Am I wrong about it being a subform ? Just asking for someone to point me in the right direction.
