Inserting a Calendar into a Dropdown

Hello - I am trying to learn how to insert a calendar into a dropdown menu in a cell. I have 2 separate cells with the first one being the "Start Date" and the second being the "End Date" and I want to make it easier on the user by having a calendar to select from as opposed to typing in the dates in the correct format.

The newer dropdown calendar is called DTPicker.
