    Trying to reffrence a cell to put in a formula

    I have a colum of averages and I am looking for the min of that colum. This is where I get confused. I want to have a formula that uses the information in the cell to the left of whichever cell happens to be the minimum. I have attched a spreadsheet to try and explain that I am talking about.
