    The bakery problem

    We also have to input this data in our accountant software, we have to 'bake' the difference between our existing stocks and the order.
    Here comes the trouble.
    I have two different documents: the first one have the total amounts from the order. The second one is the stock.
    For each kind of product there is an assigned code in the software:
    for example : 800g bread - 12500 and a quantity - 52 pieces.
    When I export the stocks on excel I get this number, the product name, and the available quantity. I want to extract the quantity from the order to input the results in the PC.
    Question:
    I need a formula what get the stock of the bread from the 'stock' document which contains 3 filled cells on each row, first cell is the 'code', second is the product name and 3rd is the quantity. This number can appear anywhere in the document, I need to locate it and copy so
