does anyone know what formula would solve this in excel?
solve for n -88000+5000+n=20,000
I am not sure what this has to do specifically with Excel, but isn't it?
n=20000+88000-5000

I was wondering if there was an excel command to solve that. I know how to get the answer but my teacher is requiring that I use excel to solve it.
I'm not going to do your homework for you but you can find the answer using one of the built-in Excel formulas....take a peek at some of them and see if you can sum up which one will work for your problem?
