Hello,

I am attempting to create a mail merge from pivot table data. Pivot table data is contained on Worksheet 2 which is pulling data from worksheet 1. Worksheet 1 contains, Names/Addresses/Titles et cetera. There are multiple entries of the same data on Worksheet 1 and the pivot table allows me to see only the unique entries.

The trouble begins when I try to open this spreadsheet in Word. I am unable to break apart this data into separate columns in order to mail merge appropriately. Has anyone attempted this before or should I be trying an alternative method?
