Rand.Between Cells?

Hi.

I want to do a simulation for Champions League, and I want Excel to draw the teams.

The things is that I want Excel to choose a team between cell D3 and D10, so I thought I'd use Randbetween, but it seems like it dosen't work with cells, like =RANDBETWEEN(D3;D10) wont work but =RANDBETWEEN(1;10) works. Is there any way you can RANDBETWEEN to choose a random value of cells with letters and not numbers?
