Stacked graph

hello

having some trouble with a stacked bar graph.

basically, im trying to show 10 sets of data (stacked by 2).

my graphs turns out the way i want, but its not joining together two sets of data graphs.

i have included a sample if someone can please help me out. i have put a "sign" saying what needs to be together. also, i have placed through shapes in "red" a line that runs on only the "projected" data points.

can someone pls help me out, prob take you guys a few seconds. much appreciated. thxs.
