Excel chart: Aligning secondary axis with primary

Hi!

I have a diagram with a primary axis(kUSD) and a secondary axis(percent). I'm having problems aligning the ticks(major unit, minor unit) between the primary and secondary axis.

Primary axis: Max value 30000 Min value -15000 (major unit 5000 minor unit 2500).
Secondary axis: Max is let's say 55% Min -45.

How would the secondary look if I want the ticks to align???

I'm no math whiz, so if some one could help with a "formula" or some other tricks/tips to
solve this I would be very grateful!

Thanks Andy,

I don't wan to use code. So I'm wondering if someone that is good with algebra could help me with some sort of "key" where I could enter data manually and it would caculate the
needed values that I then could enter into the chart.
