Creating a user interface for editing a database

I am trying to create a system for interface for my colleagues who are not so computer savvy. We have a list of all our properties on a spreadsheet that we print out. I am trying to automate the process of adding, removing and editing property. Is there a different way of doing this? I'm having no problem with adding properties using a macro but I am struggling removing and editing them. The macro's I have created aren't working correctly. anyone know how I can work around this

    Thanks
