Colour change column chart based on cell colour

Hi

I have a training record that contains %Compliancy in column D, the cells are conditionally formatted to be either red, orange or green based on a certain tolerance. I have then created a simple cluster column chart to show all the subjects and their compliancy.

Is it possible for each column in the chart to reflect the colour of the conditionally formatted cell (original data source)?

I've just tried it and the colours do not automatically change, they need to be manually changed. I want the columns to automatically change colour in line with the conditionally formatted data.

I have attached a draft copy of the spreadsheet.

I want the chart columns to reflect the colour of the data, i.e if the % for fire safety falls into the red variance then i want the column for fire safety to also turn red.

Hope this makes sence.

But I need the chart's bars to also show red, orange or green - automatically, without having to manually change each bar to a colour.

That is how I want it too look, but how did you get the colours to change?? I've tried everything!
