Pull values from input based on multiple criteria

I am working on a problem where I have to pull values from a table of inputs based on two critera. These critera are dumped into an excel sheet, and from these I have to pull six different values from a table. I know that I could probably do this using logic statements, but I feel like that is not the most efficient way. The following is an example

Criteria Sheet:

A1: Galv B1:24x24
A2: SS B2: 24x24
A3: Galv B3: 50x50


Input sheet:
A1: Galv B1: <=24 C1:12 D1: 4.531 E1: 20 .....
A2: SS B2: <=24 C2:12 D2: 4.531 E2: 30 .....
A3: Galv B3: <=50 C3:10 D3: 5.124 E3: 40 .....

I want the Output to pull Columns C, D, E, etc. onto a different spreadsheet. However, I dont want to spend hours typing up logic statements. Is there an easier way? Thanks in advance!

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
