Updating charts using drop down menus for variable data location (not range).

I've been combing over the forums and other online resources and I've finally hit a wall. I have a range of products that were tested under various conditions each condition has thousands of data points. All of this information is located in a master spread sheet that has worksheets for each product and within each work sheet is over 8000 lines of data with close to 100 columns and there are close to 20 worksheets. I am trying to make just two graphs that I can use to pull up any of the information that I would like by selecting which product and at what test condition from a pair of drop down menus, then the charts would update themselves with the corresponding graphs.

I've got my graphs to update the titles to the proper headings each time I choose said product and test condition but I can't seem to get the source data to update with the corresponding link. I can make a cell show the data range that I want to use, but I can't seem to get that data range into the chart's source information. I've tried inserting a name with the OFFSET command, but I don't believe that I'm using it appropriately.

I've uploaded a sample workbook of what I've figured out so far, this might be something that I have to do in VBA, which I don't mind but I really do not know how to go about and accomplish that either. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks for reading my post.
